Hi, I'm Vicki,
I live and work in beautiful Seattle, Washington; Ballard, to be more specific for those folks who know the area. I'm a systems analyst by day and design junkie by night. I'm accompanied in life by my three dogs; Sophie the Sheltie (rescued from a back yard breeder, adopted Apr. 1996), Jack the Cairn Terrier mix (brown one at left)(picked up as a stray, adopted Jan. 2010) and Pittypat the Jack Russel Terrier (white one at left)( rescued from a puppy mill, adopted Jan 2010). Its quite the active doggie household with two terrors, uh, I mean terriers in the mix.
I came across the dogtagart.com website when I adopted Pittypat, and was looking to find a fabulous new ID tag for her. I love these unique and creative dog tags, and it is alot of fun making tags too.

My general moto when it comes to pets: always adopt (www.petfinder.com), microchip/tag, spay or neuter, and no matter what, keep and love them till they grow old and pass away.
Another good moto to live by: Cover it with an afghan. Nobody will notice that fist sized cavity chewed out of the couch seat, if its hidden under blankets, right?
