Transaction went smoothly and the Dog Tag is adorable. I love it. The lettering isn't cut "into" the tag, but the letters are in big bold black letters. Their seems to be a hard clear plastic cover over the entire tag which acts as protection from scratches etc. It has a lifetime warranty.
