i purchased a tag 11 years ago and Bear wore his tag until the day I had to let him go this last year. When a new soul came into my life, I of course ordered a new tag. Over the years a new process was used in the creation of their tags. Although I am sure it is a high quality product, it was not what I had expected. When I expressed my concerns, I received a personal email from the owner and an offer to have a replacement made just like my last one and at no cost to me... This level of customer service is rare these days, and it is sad that I can only give a 5 star review for a 10 star product and experience... Thank You
