We loved our dogs tag so much and when we adopted our next dog we ordered another one.

The post office returned my order telling Dog Tag Art that the address was an abandoned house, so DTA emailed me. They had checked that the address was correct and even matched it to a prior order. I assured DTA that it was my correct address and they assured me that they would resend the order. This time I received it promptly. Thank you for following through so my new puppy could be tagged.
