Well, first of all the product itself was gorgeous! Looked exactly like the picture... It was what I had imagined in my head, it was delivered and I was not even remotely disappointed. Also... I love your technique of under promising and over delivering. They said it was going to take anywhere from 10 to 14 business days to deliver. I got it within a week. We've been using dogtagart for several years. The products are great, durable and long lasting we have only had to replace them when the dogs have lost the tags or when we changed address. They are well worth the money, even though we have to pay postage from the U.S. to the U.K. These tags were great as usual and were dispatched the same day they were ordered.

Loved the special you had going on when I bought my tags. Feeling secure in the knowledge my pets have a much better chance of being returned now that their info is readable. No more sharpie pens and tape.

I absolutely love Dog Tag Art! The personalized dogcat tags are great quality and unique to each of my pets! The information on the tags is easy to read and there are so many designs to choose from.

They are so cute but the bigger size is tough to get on a thick ring for a large dog collar. The glow in the dark rubber that is optional to go around the tags are so cute

The tag came out great! But I have only had them on his collar for under a week and the printing is already becoming scraped off on both sides. Its great there life time garuntee because I will need a new ones Im sure. Maybe consider laser etching the name and phone number side since that is really important info?
