Quality, choices and customer service.

I have been buying tags from DTA for 11 years now and they have never failed me in all that time. The quality of the tags, which was good to start with, has also steadily improved over that decade . The accessories you can get, such as clips, tag silencers and jump rings are an added plus, since you can find everything you need on one site. I would recommend buying extra silencers if you like those. They work great but after a year or two on the tag they can become dry and brittle, but ones stored away stay like new until put on the tag.I have only every had one issues with a product (and I strongly suspect the issue was my dog, not the product. Belgian Malinois, right?) but customer service was prompt, kind and very helpful.

The dog tag is accurate delivery promptly and after 6 years the tag get weared off. Lifetime garuante works so in few days I got free replacement shipped to EU. They do as they say.

I love it, so does my dobby. I specially like the nightreflects protector since he is a black dog. It does help me to locate him easier at the middle of night. I would recommend it.

I ordered tags for both my dogs and they arrived quickly and all printing was accurate. They even included a rubber piece to cover the edge to prevent it clinking with the vaccine tag. Very pleased!

I love the art work choices for the tags! My only complaint would be that the enamel chips off rather easily. I have had to order 2 tags already and my puppy is only 13 months old.
