I mistakenly ordered the wrong size tag. When I contacted customer service, they promptly sent out the correct size tags without a charge. Kudos Customer Service!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I'm so happy with the tags I got from Dog Tag Art. I enjoyed the experience from stepone. I have never seen SO MANY COOL DESIGNS. I'll need about 20 more dogs. I just opened the envelope that arrived very promptly and actually said "Oooo" when I took the tags from the plastic pouch. They are really, really nice. Much nicer than any tags I've seen. I had a really bad experience with another dog tag company (pettag4life) that strung me along for weeks and ended up taking a month for me to get one single, ordinary metal engraved tag. Then it got lost in less than one week because of the crappy ring they sent with it. And the extra removable hook, which I paid 2.50 for, wouldn't even fit around the ring on my dog's collar. It was the cheapest possible thing they could include and was too small of a gauge. I had to force it. Then when I took it off it was a hassle and the closure on it broke off. JUNK. I could have bought a package of 50 of them for what I paid for one. Boy, oh boy is this a whole new experience. I love love love the tags I've just received. I also love the "PinUps for Pit Bulls" tags and association. SUPER!! How many times can I say "love" in one paragraph? The tags are beautiful, there are hundreds to choose from and there are good causes involved. So, ok...one more.... LOVE!! Very happy customer in Florida
