Celebrating Local Business in Asheville, NC

Dog Tag Art is beyond proud to call Asheville, NC, our homebase. Asheville’s community of local businesses and supportive patrons is helping our little mountain town thrive and that is definitely something to celebrate. As such, we are thrilled to attend the first ever Venture Local Fair right here at home. The Venture Local Fair is a two-day event that's one part conference (Friday, September 25th), and one part street fair (Saturday, September 26th), to create awareness around how supporting local communities strengthens the economy as a whole. The street fair event will rock the South Slope of downtown with live music, local food and drink, and all sorts of family-friendly events on Saturday, September 26th.

We will have gift cards for our pet ID tags available at our fair booth and will also be sending conference attendees home with a little Dog Tag Art swag. Here’s a sneak peek of the goodies:

Also, don’t forget to say “hi” to some of our local friends and colleagues at the Venture Local Street Fair on Saturday the 26th.

Venture Local Event Details

You can join the celebration this September 25-26 in the South Slope of downtown Asheville. The ticketed conference portion will happen 8:30am - 5:00pm on Friday at Catawba Brewing Company (tickets are available here). Then, on Saturday, you can take it to the streets for the Street Fair happening at Buxton and Banks Ave. from noon to 6pm. We hope to see you there and if you see anyone wearing these uniforms (picture below), be sure to say “hey” or give us a hand (paw) shake!
