Please double-check your order before submitting! Your tag will be printed exactly as you enter it on our website. We cannot be held responsible for typos or incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Lifetime Legibility & Manufacturing Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and printing.
If the text on your tag becomes unreadable through normal, everyday wear, or if you encounter any manufacturing defects in the tag itself or the printing, we will replace it free of charge.
What this covers:
- Fading or wearing of the printed information that makes it illegible
- Manufacturing defects in the printing or the tag itself
- Structural defects in the attachment hardware or tag material
What this means for your replacement:
- Same design
- Same size
- Same information (no updates or changes)
What's NOT Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Lost or misplaced tags – If your pet's tag fell off during a hike, at the dog park, or anywhere else, we cannot replace it.
- Tags that fell off the collar – Unless the tag itself or the attachment hardware clearly broke due to a manufacturing defect.
- Chewed, bitten, or scratched tags – Our tags are not chew-proof. Damage caused by your pet is not covered.
- Information updates – New phone numbers, addresses, or name changes require a new tag purchase.
- Customer entry errors – Please review your information carefully before placing your order.
A Note About Wear & Tear
Let's be real: pets are hard on their gear.
Some dogs are gentle. Others treat their tags like chew toys. That's just life with pets!
Our tags are designed to be durable and long-lasting, but no tag will stay brand new forever, especially if it's worn every day. Normal cosmetic wear (light scratches, minor scuffs) is expected and not covered under our warranty.
Our warranty is specifically for manufacturing defects and when the printed information becomes unreadable, not for general cosmetic imperfections.
