Lifetime Legibility Guarantee for Tags

All of our tags come with a Lifetime Legibility Guarantee. If your tag becomes illegible over time, we will gladly send you a replacement at no cost.

To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team at support@dogtagart.com. We will require one of the following:

  • A receipt
  • Proof of purchase
  • An order number

This ensures we can quickly verify your order and provide you with a hassle-free replacement.

Return Policy

We also offer a standard return policy for eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as personalized products, perishable goods, and final sale items, are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@dogtagart.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in its original condition, we will process either a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
  • If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@dogtagart.com. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

European Union Customers

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise has been shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason and without a justification.

Eligible returns under this policy must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received (unworn or unused), with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
